By accessing or using SuchitBharat portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this portal.
2. Accuracy of Opportunity Listings
SuchitBharat aggregates recruitment notifications, merit scholarships, and welfare schemes directly from official government gazettes and ministry portals. While we employ rigorous automated provenance checks, candidates are strongly advised to verify details directly on the official department portal before submitting fees or applications.
3. Anti-Fraud & Scam Disclaimer
SuchitBharat NEVER charges money for job selection or recruitment promises. All official application fees must be paid strictly on verified government domain endpoints (.gov.in / .nic.in / .ac.in / .edu.in).
4. User Account Conduct
Users must provide accurate information during profile creation. Creation of fake accounts, unauthorized scraping, or attempting to compromise portal infrastructure is strictly prohibited under the Information Technology Act.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
